Item 5: Fees and Compensation

Our standard fee schedule is as follows:

Service Fee Structure
Asset Management 1.00% on first $1M, 0.75% on next $2M, 0.50% above $3M
Financial Planning Flat fee of $2,500 - $5,000 depending on complexity
Consulting Services $300/hour

We utilize the following methods of analysis in formulating our investment advice:

  • Fundamental analysis of individual securities
  • Technical analysis of market trends
  • Quantitative modeling
  • Economic cycle analysis

Our firm and its related persons are engaged in the following financial activities:

  • Broker-dealer services through our affiliate
  • Insurance product recommendations

Item 14: Client Referrals

We may compensate third parties for client referrals under the following conditions:

  • All referral arrangements are disclosed to clients
  • No referral fees are paid for retirement account referrals
  • Referral fees do not exceed 25% of first-year advisory fees
